New sessions have been starting normally since 17:05 UTC. Between 16:52 and 17:05 UTC, an issue with one of our internal services stopped new sessions from starting. We're making changes to prevent this from happening again.

Starting new sessions is working normally again. Sessions that were already running were unaffected. Thanks for your patience.
