New sessions have been starting normally since 17:05 UTC. Between 16:52 and 17:05 UTC, an issue with one of our internal services stopped new sessions from starting. We're making changes to prevent this from happening again.

Between 16:52 and 17:05 UTC, new sessions failed to start because of an issue with one of our internal services. We've fixed it, and new sessions have been starting normally since 17:05 UTC. We're monitoring and will post another update once we've confirmed the fix is holding.
